Return Policy

For questions about online orders, email hello@5poundapparel.com. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days from Springfield, Missouri. Weekends don’t count as a business or shipping day. Shipping date does not reflect delivery date. International duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Unless otherwise stated, we will ship your order via USPS using either their First Class or Priority Mail services.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for store credit or exchange. We are happy pay to ship the exchanged item to you however you are responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item to us. You may purchase a label using our system, or purchase a return label via the carrier of your choice.

Items MUST BE unwashed, unworn, with tags still attached for us to accept the return.  Please send all returns or exchanges to 412 South Ave Springfield, MO 65806 with a packing slip with your return request. (Name, email, or order number)

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that colors will be accurate. We strive to make and offer the best sized product, but please note that there can be variation based upon product type and brand.
