Dam Jam!

Hey guys!

Sorry it has been awhile since our last post, we have been super busy working on projects around the store and designing new and awesome t-shirts! So we thought we would update you about a great event that we recently got to be a part of! Last week we attended the Dam Jam Festival in the square downtown. The event was hosted by the James River Basin Partnership, a non-profit that works to keep local streams, springs, and other waterways clean. The proceeds of the event benefited the efforts of the cleanup.

The festival had a wide variety of different vendors and we had a great time meeting all of them! A couple of the vendors were even nice enough to help us set up our tent and tables! We got to meet local business owners as well as others that had traveled to attend the event. One vendor even came all the way from Fayetteville, Arkansas! The turnout was great and so was the live bluegrass bands that played. We left the event feeling so lucky to be apart of a community that supports such amazing projects!
